Suffering from intestinal disorders seems to be so common today, and i am sure most of us either suffer ourselves or know someone who does. Garden of life primal defense is one of the best probiotics for a variety of issues involving the GI tract. I have personally found garden of life probiotics to be excellent indeed. I believe that these foods do all that they are supposed to, but for many people its just not enough.
